Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has joined with Air France-KLM Group to start new flights to Europe.
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), one of the world’s largest air carriers, has joined hands with Air France -KLM Group to extend its trans-Atlantic joint venture.
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has started new daily nonstop flights from Miami to Heathrow airport on March 26. Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) also launched direct flights between Miami and Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa.
The joint venture helps customers to choose any flight regardless of the airline.
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) executive vice president Glen Hauenstein said, “The power of our successful joint venture allows Delta, Air France and KLM to embark on this significant international expansion in Florida, with new service connecting the state to these important European cities.”

Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has been seeking a loan of $2.6 billion to refinance debt.
The Atlanta-based carrier Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has been looking for a lender for a loan of $2.6 billion to refinance its debt after taking losses for four weeks.
JP Morgan Chase & Co. will host a lender call for the airline. The loans include a first-lien debt of $1.225 billion five year revolving credit line and another $1.375 billion term loan B for six year as first-lien.
This loan will be used to replace the debt received in 2007 to avoid bankruptcy. Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) chief executive officer Richard Anderson declined to comment.

Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has announced the launch of Reno-Minneapolis flights from July 1.
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), the Atlanta based U.S. carrier, announced that it will start new daily non-stop flights from Reno to Minneapolis on 1 July.
This service will connect Midwest and Eastern United States and other international destinations.
The service will start from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The service from this airport to Minneapolis was stopped in 2006 when Northwest Airlines left the airport.
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) will use Boeing 737-800 flights with 160 seats for this service. The flight will leave Reno at 12.55 pm to reach Minneapolis at 6.10 p.m. the fight will return from Minneapolis at 11.30 a.m. and reach Reno at 1.05 p.m.

Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has introduced sleep-easy fully flat beds for business customers.
The U.S. carrier Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has launched sleep-easy fully flat beds called “The Cube” from Terminal 5 of Heathrow airport, to help its business customers.
The company has also set up an interactive touchscreen which will allow consumers to ask questions about various services.
This is all a part of Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL)’s two-week campaign, going along with the announcement that the airline has started its non-stop services from Heathrow to Boston and Miami.
Perry Cantarutti, vice president of Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), said, “We are excited about the addition of the Heathrow to Boston and Miami services; in conjunction with this we’re delighted our new fully flat bed seats are available in BusinessElite on all our flights from London Heathrow”.
