Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) has received a new order from the Japanese Ministry of Defense.

Under this new deal, the US based aerospace and security company Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) will supply AbleSentry systems that are capable of detecting and providing warning about chemical, radiological and biological attacks.

AbleSentry systems are simple to deploy and operate and are designed for the tactical battlefield.

The deal is worth about $22.4 million and Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) will deliver about 19 AbleSentry systems for the Japan Ministry of Defense.

Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) shares were at 90.98 at the end of the last day’s trading. There’s been a 10.8% movement in the stock price over the past 3 months.
